What is 14kt gold?14kt gold means the metal is 58.3% pure gold mixed with alloy metals for durability. It’s the sweet spot for fine jewelry — strong enough for daily wear, rich enough in gold content to hold its color and value. All Gold Glamours diamond pieces are crafted in solid 14kt gold, available in white, yellow, and rose.
What are lab-grown diamonds?Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They’re created in a controlled environment that replicates the natural conditions under which diamonds form in the earth. The result is the same stone, the same brilliance, the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale) — at a significantly better price. There is no visual difference between a lab-grown diamond and a mined diamond, even under a jeweler’s loupe.
Are your diamonds certified?Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are graded for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. We carry stones graded VS+ clarity (inclusions invisible to the naked eye) and F–G color (colorless to near-colorless) for maximum brilliance.
What’s the difference between 3-prong and 4-prong settings?Both settings hold each diamond securely, but they have a slightly different look and feel:
• 3-prong: More of the diamond is exposed, allowing more light to enter and exit the stone. The result is slightly more sparkle with a lighter, more delicate silhouette.
• 4-prong: Four points of contact cradle each stone with a more structured, substantial look. It’s a bolder, more architectural style that still maximizes diamond exposure.
Neither is objectively better — it comes down to your personal aesthetic preference.
What’s the difference between a tennis chain and a tennis bracelet?A tennis chain is worn around the neck as a necklace. A tennis bracelet is worn around the wrist. Both feature a continuous row of diamonds in the same setting style. At Gold Glamours, both come in 3-prong and 4-prong settings across white, yellow, and rose gold.
What is .950 silver and how does it compare to sterling silver?.950 silver is 95% pure silver — higher purity than standard sterling silver (which is 92.5% pure). The result is a brighter, richer luster and a piece that’s less prone to tarnishing over time. Our Miami Cuban Link chains and bracelets in .950 silver are a step above what most jewelry brands use.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Shop Pay also offers the option to split your purchase into installments at checkout.
Can I pay in installments?Yes — Shop Pay
, Affirm, and Klarna Installments are available at checkout, allowing you to split your order into smaller payments. Eligibility and terms are determined at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your order enters production and we’re unable to make changes. Email sales@goldglamours.com immediately if you need to adjust anything.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?Yes. If you’re ordering a gift, add a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten message card with your order at no charge.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?All Gold Glamours jewelry is crafted to order and takes 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Estimated delivery after shipment:
• Standard: 5–8 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day
Do you offer free shipping?Yes — all orders over $999 ship free. No code needed.
Do you ship internationally?Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Email us at sales@goldglamours.com if you’re outside the US and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?All orders are fully insured during transit. Contact us at sales@goldglamours.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we’ll handle it immediately — replacement or full refund.
Returns & Warranty

What does your warranty cover?All Gold Glamours jewelry comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in metalwork, settings, and closures. Damage from wear, accidents, or chemicals is not covered. See our [Returns & Warranty page] for full terms.

How do I care for my gold jewelry?
• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
• Keep away from perfume, lotion, and cleaning chemicals
• Store in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box
• Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth
How do I care for my silver Cuban Link?Silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air and moisture. To slow this down, store your chain in an airtight pouch when you’re not wearing it and polish periodically with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid exposing it to water, sweat, or chemicals.
